On using milliseconds as a measure of network latency

- ijhuygft776 3y agonot sure what you exactly mean, but they even remove the firewalls to improve pings
- signa11 3y agowhat i mean is, variability in latency will be too high, rendering the use anything beyond, probably sub micro-seconds as unit of measurement, to be of little use.
