I like jira, when it is used exactly the way atlassian wants you to use it. If you try and do anything outside of that use case, its limitations become glaring

I like jira, when it is used exactly the way atlassian wants you to use it. If you try and do anything outside of that use case, its limitations become glaringly obvious. And companies very often use it in a way that it is not supposed to be used which then requires expensive cloud add one which bloat the monthly cost.
