if the justification for paying taxes is having a government and police, why pay them if you're getting robbed with no recourse and the government itself breaks

if the justification for paying taxes is having a government and police, why pay them if you're getting robbed with no recourse and the government itself breaks the law on the daily anyway? i'm no libertarian but it's kind of tiring to see these lowest effort, lowest level of understanding of libertarianism/socialism/what have you "takedowns"...
