Hopefully they'll do the same with regard to CarPlay and Android Auto!
> Ford is cutting the plant’s output by half, and workers are relocating to other facilities, mostly those making gas-powered pickups and SUVs.
Ford, emboldened by swelling orders for the F-150 Lightning, increased prices for the pickups by as much as $20,000 over the original sticker.
When their plan to jack up prices resulted in much lower demand, why didn't they just carefully walk back the price increases (by offering factory rebates, for example) instead of idling the plants? It makes it seem as if they never intended to actually offer the vehicles at the original price, and makes me trust Ford less going forward. If they had bumped the price up due to unexpectedly high demand, then bumped it down due to unexpectedly low demand, I would understand they're just trying to find equilibrium. This comes across as more deceitful.
