What a weird video. It just lists, selectively, climate predictions that have not come true. It doesn't attempt to ask why they didn't come true (i.e. maybe they were averted through action, or were simply bad predictions) nor does it mention any that have come true (like predicted temperature rises being blown past ahead of time). So, it's just a torrent of appeals to history, a really basic logical fallacy.
