Old Paris balconies 'pose risk to crowds watching Olympics opening ceremony'
- granny-smith 3y agoProbably a good idea to check the balconies. I've been reading the book "There Are No Accidents" and it mentions a ship tipped over four years after the Titanic because all the people stood on one side of the boat.
