Isn't IBM responsible for the massive systems failure in the NYC Public School system yesterday when they were supposed to be doing "remote learning" for the snow day? When I heard this on NPR, I couldn't believe the city used them as a vendor for authentication instead of like AWS, Google Cloud, Auth0, etc. People probably will get fired for choosing IBM, contrary to the old tagline.
