  That's my point. That's why I think it's confusing. You could go to an elite gymnasium and think that training lots of hours is all you need, but everyday orders of magnitude more people put in a whole lot of hours and never get anywhere near elite level performance. In other words, I think there's a strong selection bias at play here. Meta analysis would shed light there but I am satisfied with my note management so I don't really wanna put any effort into that.
