In-space manufacturing market set to propel exponentially by 2040
- jasonjamerson 3y agoBold claim that payload cost will fall enough to take materials up, make display panels and import them back to Earth. I think in-space manufacturing will be about two things for a long time: making things for space, like concrete out of regolith, and bringing things down that are rare on Earth, like precious metals.
- dsq 3y agoHow will the finished products be returned to Earth in sufficiently good enough condition and in sufficient amoumt to be worthwhile?
