- jfengel 3y agoIs that legal? I don't really understand labor law, but as I understand it a "layoff" is a specific type of event with consequences for unemployment benefits, notification, discrimination, etc. This sounds like exactly the kind of thing where a move-fast-break-things company could break, legally speaking.
