I thought this was really fascinating. One, interesting that celebrities in China shill for educational products. Compare that to US celebrities shilling for sports gambling. To each their own. Two, fascinating that tutoring has been severely restricted in China. I clicked on the reference link, but not speaking Chinese, I had to trust the summary, which says something like 90%+ of tutoring is banned or restricted. Despite this, a majority of Chinese students have a tutor, which seems really fascinating. I doubt that is the case in the US. And, that AI is being used to supplement that need and restriction. Really interesting article.
