- palmfacehn 3y agoI believe LD50 is measured with lab rats and proportional to body weight.
- razakel 3y agoLD50 is usually rat dosage unless there exists sufficient evidence to establish a value for humans. Ethics committees frown on poisoning people just to figure out how much is lethal.
