There is a clear difference in mental/emotional makeup with those willing to relocate at the drop of a hat. Just because these traits are not protected by US law does not mean that they should not be valued. They are also traits of human diversity and discriminating based on those traits is still discrimination, just not discrimination against US-protected classes.
