+1, also trying this. I signed up for their basic chat support and it was decent, but clearly the people I was talking to were not experts. They said a "manager" (hopefully more of an expert) would get back to me via email. Overall I'm very happy though. It's not fancy, but there are no dark patterns and the $15 filing is for real. I can even file previous year updates for free (since they're all federal tax changes). And I'm not supporting Intuit!
