Is 2024 the worst time to start a CRM Software Product for SMEs?
Is it too late to start building a CRM Software? Companies have been building CRMs since decades now.
Target Market: Indian and Global SMEs
Some good use-cases that existing CRMs like Zoho/Hubspot/Salesforce aren't solving.
- Customer Interaction using a WhatsApp chatbot to add/manage leads/enquiries and other actions.
Looking forward to the feedback from you guys as I don't want to waste 3-6 months building it and adding to the pile of 0-revenue products that I had previously built.
- gregjor 3y agoBoth Hubspot and Salesforce have WhatsApp and SMS integrations, chatbot, etc. Like anything else you need to understand the market and have some confidence, backed by data, that you can attract customers. I wouldn’t build anything unless I had confidence I could sell it.
- ujjwalagrawal17 3y agoThanks for writing the comment. It was my first post in hackernews and needed this encouragement to keep posting my thoughts and ideas here every now and then. I was already starting the project programming. Will do ~50 Interviews before proceeding further.
