I had a conversation with a recruiter for one of these startups a few months ago during a job search. I was initially quite interested, this company made an app for researchers and clinicians to help guide people through the ketamine experience. Me: “That’s interesting, you guys must be partnering with academics and researchers on grants and stuff for money right?” Them: “Nope we make money by selling data on the patients”
