    Nah, analysis of gait is pretty bad too. At this point your best bet is a country with a patchwork of incompatible systems.

  Physical tracking cookies and Bluetooth readers for the tire pressure monitors. Plus drones recording major cities to rewind at the scene of anything major. There’s gps trackers which many cars have something built in also so no need to get out of their seats.
