I don't know what anyone should do about this information.
Should they have known that? From my uninformed perspective, I would not expect anyone to know what's under their building. And if I was Hamas, I would probably dig a tunnel under international institution, as it would be safer, and I don't think it should be surprising.
I really dislike the tone of the tweets, and I am right to be annoyed as the author is Executive Director of UN Watch, regarded as a pro-Israel lobby group by many journalists such as AFP or The Economist [0].
I don't think it could be used to excuse any Israel civilian bombings. They already proven that they bomb offices regardless of the institution owning them (recent example: [1]). Yes, I know, Hamas is everywhere but that's no reason to destroy everything, and UNRWA accusations as they are made by Israel intelligence could be exaggerated (even if I think that it is credible that a sizeable amount supports radical ideas to some degree), and still we got no way to help Gazans directly either way.
