You think someone earning $160k before taxes in California takes home $135k?
- triceratops 3y agoEh...it's sort of right. If they max out their 401k contributions and count it as take-home (not entirely unreasonable, people save their take-home pay after all) it's about $132k. More if the employer matches 401k contributions.
