Why? All are important for a well rounded, interesting person.
- brigadier132 3y agoWatching movies and playing video games are not required to be well rounded and interesting and they do not provide the same intellectual stimulus that reading papers and watching smart people give lectures do.
- pb7 3y agoNot required but it is very likely that if all one does is read papers and watches other smart people give lectures, they are pretty one dimensional and would be an awful dinner guest unless surrounded by other similarly one dimensional people. Same would be true if all one did was watch movies or play video games.
