Maybe they ARE trying. Perhaps you don’t know what they are struggling with. Maybe their bodies ache all day long every day, but what keeps them going is providing for their loved ones.
- Geisterde 3y agoPerhaps you dont know how easily they could step into a position that isnt physically demanding, several of them would be a shoe in for chief given their experience. They wont fill out an application if I put it infront of them, they would rather fix air conditioning units than have responsibility, and they will tell you as much directly.
