I wish I could help or offer advice but I'm too busy looking for an alternative. Nothing as dramatic as your situation but just so over the crappy 'support' and wildly inconsistent information it dishes out. The problem is that most merchant accounts I've seen are not great with digital businesses. I wish you luck with your scenario though!
