This is great. We desperately need the ability to manufacture cutting edge chips domestically. It's critical for our other industries, and it's the type of manufacturing that our advanced economy can compete in. Wish things like SEMATECH never went away because it's gonna be hard to catch up to Taiwan and Korea, but better late than never.
