In the "Gender-Based Violence" section, they list their conclusion "Continuing Research" despite saying "Sexual assault, committed either by militants and/or civilians from Gaza, likely occurred, primarily at the site of the Nova festival and surrounding area according to eyewitness accounts". They doubt any testimony from Israelis that points out Hamas atrocities, but cite uncritically the letter that Danielle Aloni wrote while captured praising her captors. None of it passes the smell test.
