Tech Millionaires Take on Politicians in a Fight to Fix San Francisco
- aurareturn 3y agoGet rid of every single one in the office. Put people who actually want to solve problems for good, instead of bandaid solutions that will eventually hurt more.
- mancerayder 3y agoCan they do the same in New York and Chicago when they're done? The cities are drowning, crime is a nightmare and every new policy seems to make daily life worse. These folks who call themselves 'against the carceral system ' have somehow gotten themselves elected in roles intended to fight crime and not defend it (like Bragg and the illustrious Boudin alluded to here).
- tptacek 3y agoWhich "new policies" in Chicago are you referring to? Seems pretty normal here to me.
