Ah, the classic "Why would you want to do that?" response. If it's an uphill battle to attach a USB keyboard, I'm not interested. Whatever display quality Apple has achieved with the iPad will soon enough be standard in all displays. Apple's overpriced products are considered "obsolete" soon after you buy them anyway- they just release a better version months later for the same or a lesser price. I'm happy to watch the tablet fad come and go. Meanwhile a portable display would be nice.
