It's сука блять, you're missing ь, which isn't a "real" (phonetic) letter, more of a "modifier" indicating how to pronounce the letter before. It really doesn't translate properly, but I'd say "fucking shit" is more in spirit than "fucking bitch". It's not an insult targeting someone directly, more of a sign of frustration.
