A clarification: I'm saying that groups of people do not have a collective right to free speech beyond the rights of their individual members, but that doesn't mean I think we should make laws that silence groups for no reason. For example, corporations do not have a right to post accurate information about their products on their own website, because as I said, corporations don't have rights. However, a law against corporations posting accurate information about their products on their own website would be obviously counterproductive.
