You seem to labor under the delusion that whatever is the current state of the caselaw is always the pinnacle of human moral development and doing anything any part of this vast (also incomprehensible and many times contradictory) array of regulations forbids, or failing to do anything it commands, is an ultimate moral sin because moral is whatever the local magistrate court says it is.
