Me and a friend built Mysterian. It allows you to draft AI replies, summarize emails, and chat with your inbox. We used Plasmo to build the chrome extension, React for the frontend, and currently OpenAI as the LLM provider. Currently it only works with Gmail but we plan on adding other email providers as well.
