Ask HN: What makes a good (engineering) job posting?

Currently writing a job posting for an engineering role and I was wondering: What makes an attractive job posting for the HN audience? Any particalar things you liked or hated when scanning through engineering jobs? Does it even matter much beyond the standard description?
