Could AMD break Nvidia's chokehold on chips?
- nabla9 3y agoAmusing fact. Lisa Su (AMD) and Jensen Huang (Nvidia) are first cousins once removed. Huang is Su's second uncle. Both moved to the US as children 3 and 4 year olds, and apparently didn't know each other.
- belter 3y agoFor AMD to break Nvidia's dominance then need to get good at Software not Hardware. Practitioners know CUDA works and AMD solutions are half-baked. That is what needs addressing.
