This really doesn't belong on Arxiv. Also, the at protocol doesn't bring anything _better_ to the federation aspect. In fact it does quite a few things worse and seems to he different just for the sake of not being ActivityPub. Like the concepts of being nomadic identity but not really. Zot protocol gets that part right. It's trying to be the solution to a problem that doesn't exist, and doing it _worse_ than AP _at least its not AP!_
