Breathing anywhere near a road pollutes our lungs, eating anything with preservatives and sweeteners harms our health, listening to constant noise contributes to our deafness, constant sun rays cause terrible skin cancers,... and so on, and so on, and so on. Our lives and decisions affect the universe, conservationism does not work because it goes against our existence and yet we strive to convince ourselves that we can exist as a species in a world that ignores us. Meanwhile, the constant emergency enriches the usual ones. Very nice, how much mental awakening our generation has, we are going to change the world so much. Wow, we're cool.
