Sorry bud, no strawmen in sight. I was giving you an example of the system failing for me. This is a valid reason to criticize the system. If I had a solution that I had been able to test and validate then I would present it. In the absence of that, there's value in pointing out that it's not a panacea and it may not be valuable for others to jump on the bandwagon

That isn't an example of anything.
- mcluck 3y agoI in no way claimed that I proved OKRs are bullshit. I only stated that they have been ineffective in producing actionable data at the companies I've been at. If OKRs work for you, great. It doesn't mean that they are a universally good solution.
