Honestly? If I was 24, I'd quit, go back to my parents house work my ass off try to start my own business. Or, live extra frugally for a few months, save as much money and then quit & try start a business or something on the side. You DO NOT want to be an employee going forward. What you're doing right now is a waste of time and offers no security whatsoever. I know because I've been there.
