  The AC thing is a good point. I was always uncomfortably hot in the office, and would have to bring a t-shirt to change into (and sometimes shorts) while everyone else was in hoodies or sweaters. It's hard to compromise on that sort of thing, or noise / interaction levels, group outings, etc. One person's preferences are another's nightmares.
