The Decision to Leave Tech

Over the last decade or so, I've been increasingly thinking that I need to leave the industry for many reasons that can be summed up as "the software industry has become more harmful than beneficial." Maybe it's past time for me to get serious about leaving it. The main stumbling block is that this is the only marketable skill I have.
