Do you think there's any correlation between "fastest-growing for software development" and "number of people who do software development exercises"?

  It would be wrong to assume that there is a correlation without proof.

  "Fast growing" alone doesn't mean a whole lot. Take for example, you have a million engineers in the UK, you have 100 in Pakistan. Year after year, you add 100 more engineers in Pakistan, and 100,000 in the UK. Pakistan is the "fastest growing" in this situation year after year after year, but it will never catch up with the UK.
