Ask HN: Is it a good idea to create a gamer community for Portuguese people?

I'd love to hear from you guys if it's a good idea to create a small web tool that will unite the gamer community in portugal. a website where users could create their own accounts, post their own content such as videos, images and audio, meet people to play certain games and things like that. if this post gets any number of likes i'll create this tool for all of us.
