I don't know when a joke will get a laugh or be offensive, when a comment here will get voted up or down, when flirting or a complement is harassment, etc. Interestingly, all of these also have a cultural aspect. One can be excellent at predicting all these reactions in one culture and be a complete failure at it in a different culture, even though you are the same person.
