Tribal markings? Literally the definition of disrespect? With all politeness, maybe take a step back and consider what are you angry about. Also art is art (including actual 'tribal markings'). Banksy has been making street art for 30 years, they can't be the only tent-pole for the medium. Freezing art by gatekeeping who makes it and what it is suppose to look like is tantamount to killing it. Property rights are a part of our society and wanting them respected is important, but there is no reason to not see something cool for what it is.
