- elmerfud 3y agoI see a lot of people asking why so many layoffs now and this is the first person I've heard get it right tech over hired. I've seen a lot of companies over hire unexperienced and under experienced people for positions and it's now coming back into correction. It's unfortunate but that's what happens sometimes.
