Yes, most likely - but "recall for every vehicle sold in the U.S" gets you more clicks.
- alistairSH 3y agoRecall in this context means the government (NHSTA usually) has decided a fix is required. OTA or in-person doesn’t matter - what matters is the legal obligation of the manufacturer to provide a timely safety update.
