- nfriedly 3y agoTo be fair to metronet, aside from that and some hiccups during the initial install, I've been pretty happy with the service. The speed is fantastic, and it's been fairly reliable. The price keeps slowly going up, but that seems to be par for the course with ISPs.
- RHSeeger 3y agoAdmittedly, the time you know if a ISP is good or not isn't reached _until_ there's a problem. Because it's all about how they work with you to get it resolved.
