IT depts struggle with skills shortages despite Big Tech layoffs
- shusaaafajdn 3y agoHas there ever been a time when you could survey a group or CIOs where they'd say they aren't worried about skills? It's a dumb question, of course they are always worried about that, it doesn't matter hardly at all the state of the market or how skilled the people they hire are. The only reason to run articles like this is to encourage more people to get into IT and depress wages.
