The hallucinations are mostly harmless, until the AI changes your eye color or adds extra teeth or all of a sudden there's an elephant in the background, even though you told the AI that you specifically wanted a picture without an elephant. Or, more whimsically, your friend who memorably never smiles in pictures is smiling in all of the pictures with your new phone.
