The last decade has been nothing but strictly divisive in the name of inclusion and equity. “Identity” is cheered, but in fact it is a prison of mind to confine the populus into neatly defined groups primarily using stereotypes. But this is where the money is and what the largest financial institutions have promoted (and demanded) for a long time. It’s not gonna get better any time soon and is only going to divide and radicalize society rather than unite it.
