Anyone know the technology used for the client? Sencha? Perhaps another library?

  Pretty sure it was backbone and underscore. LinkedIn likes them pretty well.

    I'm curious if they integrated Sencha touch with it too. Personally I use Backbone to layout structure, but still integrate it with Ext for specific components.

      I poked around in their iPhone app source while I was learning Backbone and didn't see any Sencha classes.
