I don't know about that. IIRC the creation of HoTT was because someone was notified that one of his important papers from earlier in his career had a non-trivial flaw in it. To be sure, reproduction is a bit easier in mathematics because you normally don't need exotic equipment, just time. However, that doesn't mean that people are necessarily taking the time to double check everything with sufficient rigor.
